له‌دامه‌زراندنی كۆماری توركیا(1923)وه كێشه‌ی كورد كاریگه‌رییه‌كی گه‌وره‌ی كردۆته‌سه‌ر په‌یوه‌ندییه ده‌ره‌كییه‌كانی و مه‌ترسییه‌كی گه‌وره بووه بۆسه‌ر ئاساییشی نه‌ته‌وه‌یی ئه‌و وڵاته. ساڵانی هه‌شتاكانی سه‌ده‌ی رابردوو به‌هۆی سه‌رهه‌ڵدانى خه‌باتی چه‌كداریی كورد، وڵاته‌ی ناچاركرد به‌رێگه‌ی جۆراوجۆر كۆشش بۆ ته‌وقدانی كاریگه‌ر‌ییه بكات له‌په‌یوه‌ندییه هه‌رێمییه‌كانیدا به‌وڵاتانی دراوسێیه‌وه، به‌جۆرێك توركیا هه‌وڵیداوه پێدراوه گرنگانه‌ی، كه‌هه‌یه‌تی له‌خزمه‌تی به‌رژه‌وه‌ندی‌و ئاساییشییه نه‌ته‌وەيیه‌كه‌یدا به‌گژاچوونه‌وەی مه‌ترسیی‌و هه‌ڕه‌شه ناوه‌كی‌و ده‌ره‌كییه‌كان به‌كاریبێنێت، هه‌ر له‌پێگه جیۆپۆله‌تیكییه‌كه‌یه‌وه تاده‌گاته سامانه ئاوییه‌كه‌ی. بۆیه له‌په‌یوه‌ندی له‌گه‌ڵ وڵاتی سوریا، سه‌رباری بوونی سنوور‌و پارێزگای ئه‌سكه‌نده‌رونه‌‌و كاری له‌سه‌ر گرێدانی خۆی به‌ئاساییشی ئاویی سوریاوه كرد‌و له‌و رێگه‌یه‌وه‌‌و به‌به‌كارهێنانی كارتی ئاو گوشاری سوریا دروستكرد بۆده‌ستهه‌ڵگرتن له‌پشتیوانی‌و داڵده‌دانی جوڵانه‌وه‌ی كه‌خاكی وڵاته‌یان هێرشكردنه سه‌ر ئامانجه ئاساییشی‌و سه‌ربازییه‌كانی به‌كارده‌هێنا. ئه‌مه‌ش دید‌و تێڕوانینه‌وه سه‌رچاوه‌ی گرتبوو، كه‌سوریا پێویستییه‌كی زۆری به‌ئاو هه‌بوو بواره‌كانی كشتوكاڵ‌و پیشه‌سازیی‌و خواردنه‌وه‌‌و به‌شێوه‌یه‌كی سه‌ره‌كیش پشتی به‌ئاوی رووباری فورات به‌ستبوو، له‌كاتێكدا رووباره له‌ناو خاكی توركیاوه هه‌ڵده‌قوڵا‌و دواتر ده‌چووه ناو خاكى سوریاوه. كاریگه‌ریی‌و ره‌نگدانه‌وه‌ی رێكه‌وتننامه‌‌و پرۆتۆكۆله سیاسیی‌و ئاوییه‌كانی نێوان توركیا‌و له‌نێوان (1987-1992) هه‌بووه له‌روانگه‌ی نه‌ته‌وه‌یی‌و دوو وڵاته‌وه.
